Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time during holiday seasons.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. Fully insured. Available for domestic orders.
  2. Express Shipping: 2-3 business days. Fully insured. Available for domestic orders.
  3. International Shipping: 7-14 business days. Customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees. Shipping times may vary based on destination country and customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹10,000 within India. International orders and express shipping are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@viratjewellers.com

Damages

All jewelry items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, if you receive a damaged item, please:

  1. Do not discard the packaging materials.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@viratjewellers.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after investigating the claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, and time of delivery. If you have any concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  1. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  2. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and vary by country.
  3. Please check with your country's customs office for more information.
