We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items returned after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must include all original accessories, certificates, and documentation.
- Items must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Engraved or customized jewelry items.
- Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale".
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@viratjewellers.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label (if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. If we made an error or the item is defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Inspection and Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (within 5-7 business days), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- If you paid by credit card, the refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) immediately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post).
- Contact your bank (processing times vary).
